A bit about me......
I am in my early thirties and a fully qualified Cordon Bleu chef, having graduated from one of the world's most renowned catering colleges, Tante Marie in Woking, Surrey. During my three year traineeship, I undertook an extensive range of Tante Marie courses and not only gained extensive experience in international cuisine but won the highest awards that the school offered.
